Fiesta Model BN3N4 Awning Repair

We had to repair the Fiesta Model BN3N4 Awning twice.

Had to replace the spring end that helps to reel the Awning back in and lock it in place.

AND

Before that we had to re-stitch the entire 156 inches of seam that was RRRRIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPPed out by a gust of wind.

Fiesta Model BN3N4 Awning Re-Stitching

The first repair to the Fiesta Model BN3N4 Awning was Re-Stitching the seam that forms a loop to help secure the awning in a slot at the top of the passenger side house wall.

We were staying at Havasu Landing Casino & Resort 1 Main St, Havasu Lake, CA 92363.
It was a beautiful afternoon.

Had the Awning extended blocking the sun when WHOOSH! Big updraft!!!

Heard RRRRIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPP, just like when someone wearing a pair of pants that are too tight bends over.

Heard RRRRIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPP.

The Awning wasn't damaged but the entire 156 inches of seam was tore out.

Used 8 pound fishing line and followed the same original stitch holes.

Sewed for 15 days elapsed before it was finished.
